ISOKING RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your IsoKing purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to sort it out for you!
Change of mind policy - REGULAR orders
If you have received your order but changed your mind, simply return it to us unused within 21 days of receiving it and we will refund the full amount - less the original delivery postage cost.
Please note that you are liable for the cost of returning the products to us.
We don’t expect you to return it to us in the original packaging if you don’t still have that, but please do your best to ensure the product is securely wrapped to avoid any damage in transit.
If you plan on returning a product to us, please let us know first.
Change of mind policy - CUSTOM orders
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on Custom Orders
Fair play - when we wouldn’t be able to refund you
If you have just changed your mind, we wouldn’t be able to refund you if the product:
- Has been in your possession for more than 21 days
- Has been varnished, painted, treated, drawn on or otherwise altered
- Been placed outside or shows signs of weathering
- Been damaged by you
Refunding your order when it is returned
We aren’t one of those companies that frustratingly holds on to your money for ages ‘whilst the return is processed’ - that annoys us too! Normally we are able to refund this amount to you within 24 hours of the product arriving back to our warehouse.
We try our hardest to make sure the products arrive to you in perfect condition. However, there is human element to our manufacturing and delivery service, and as a result, we recognise that occasionally mistakes can sometimes be made.
If you have received a faulty product from us, we will fully replace it as soon as we can. If the first product you received is still usable (but faulty), you are very welcome to use that until the replacement product arrives, we won’t penalise you if it gets back to us in a used condition.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you think your product is faulty. We will arrange to dispatch you new products and liaise with you about collecting the faulty product from you.
